Returns and Refunds

• 30-day return window — if you are not happy, we make it right
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Email us at support@snapdock.com to start a return
• Refunds processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method
• We cover return shipping on defective items

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us with a photo and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost.
